Communication Matters

Good communication helps our team run smoothly and keeps everyone informed throughout the season. We value staying connected so that all athletes and families know what’s happening.

Expect Occasional Changes

Despite our best planning, unexpected events—such as school schedule adjustments, bad weather, illnesses, or work commitments—may sometimes affect practices or tournaments. Flexibility and understanding are appreciated.

Quick Updates

There may be times when we need to share information quickly. Instead of individual phone calls, we’ll use group messages or updates to keep everyone informed as soon as possible.

League & Tournament Information

Our team competes in the PCJWL League, which provides a structured season with scheduled duals and tournaments.

Wrestlers and coaches can also access additional training, certification, and non-league tournament opportunities through USA Wrestling.

Families may choose to enter USA Wrestling tournaments outside our normal league schedule to gain more mat time.

Please note: If a wrestler attends a non-league USA Wrestling event, coaches may or may not be available to attend since these tournaments fall outside our official season commitments.
